Services
- For individuals, couples, and families. Groups are available if enough clients with similar concerns are interested.
- Learn how to manage stress, addiction, pain, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, a life transition, or a difficult situation.
- Improve your relationships, habits, self-esteem, spirituality, parenting, overall health, or decision-making skills.
In your first session, we will review limits to confidentiality and your rights as a client. I will also ask you to complete a brief intake form. This whole process takes about 15 minutes. There are a few options for setting up your 1st appointment. If you know that you want a counseling session with me, we can schedule the 1st meeting for 75 minutes, at the 50 minute price, so that we can discuss confidentiality and the required forms. If you are not sure that you want a session, I would be happy to schedule a free 15-20 min consultation, via face-to-face or by phone.
My practice is part of SoCo Clinic~Integrated Healthcare, located at 1400 South Congress, Suite B 250. Hours are available on weekday evenings 6-9pm, and on weekends 10am-3pm.
Fees
An individual 50 minute session is $100. Couple and family sessions are 80 minutes and $160. Group sessions are 80 min and $40 per person.
I accept cash, check, or credit card, due at the time of each session. I am in the process of contracting with several insurance companies. I am currently in-network with the following:
- Humana-Corphealth
- Texas Medicaid (TMHP)
If you have other insurance coverage, I have a form you can use to submit claims for reimbursement of my fee. Please contact your insurance prior to your appointment to verify your out-of-network benefits, and if self-submitted claims are accepted. In some cases, the cost of my services can be subtracted from your Flexible Spending Account, if you have one through your employer.
