Supervision for LPC Interns

My Supervision Approach

I have guided over a dozen interns since 2002, using primarily a post-modern collaborative approach. You may learn more on this by reading about the Houston Galveston Institute where I received my supervision training. Of course I have incorporated into my practice what I’ve learned from mentors and supervisors. However my greatest learning experience has been through working with interns and clients. I am happy to have an initial 30 minute meeting to discuss your supervision needs, basic supervision expectations, and to determine if we are a good fit for a working relationship.
